Most of it happens on your phone. You go to a Zásilkovna point once, with only the pieces we agreed on.

Photograph each piece
whenever suits you3 to 5 photos: the front, the size label and close-ups of the spots that wear first. We show you which. About a minute a piece, up to 30 pieces.

We look at every photo
within about 2 working daysSometimes we ask a quick question first, for example about a label or a mark.

You get an offer
the offer stays open for 7 daysCredit for each piece we can take, and the reason for any we cannot. You say yes or no.

Post only those pieces
within 14 days of saying yesTo our Zásilkovna pickup point, with your reference inside. You also send us 1 Kč from your own bank account so we know it is really you.

We check each piece by hand
within about 5 working days of it arrivingAgainst your photos, in daylight. If something does not pass, we tell you why and show you what we saw.

yours to use for 12 monthsIt comes off at checkout by itself and you pay the rest. For the first 30 days it counts 10 % more. With 6 or more pieces we add your postage back too.

What it is worth
We price each piece the way we would in the shop, by brand and condition, and you get a share of that price as Clover Credit:

A winter coat we would sell for 400 Kč gives you 160 Kč. A knitted jumper at 180 Kč gives you 54 Kč. Ten good pieces often come to around 500 Kč, and with the bonus up to 600 Kč towards the next size.
Credit that grows
Clover Credit comes off at checkout by itself and you pay the rest. Use it soon or on a bigger order and it counts for more:

Labels we look for
Every piece is judged on its own, but these sell fastest:
Pepco, Lupilu, Sinsay, Cool Club and F&F too, when they still look like new.
Before you take the photo
- No stains, holes, bobbling or faded kneesHold it up to a window: daylight shows what lamps hide.
- Zips, poppers and buttons all workAnd the size label is still sewn in.
- Washed, and from a smoke-free homeNo damp, pets’ hair or pests either.
- No cords at the hood or neckUp to size 134, for safety.
- Nothing that could come off a baby’s clothesBeads, sequins and loose trims.
We also cannot take anything recalled, underwear, swimwear, shoes or car seats.
If a piece does not pass the final check
Now and then a piece that looked fine in the photos shows a mark in daylight. When you accept the offer, you choose what happens to pieces like that:

- We pass them on for reuse or recycling.

- Tell us where to send them (a Zásilkovna point or your address) when you accept.

Do I have to post anything to get an offer?
No. Photos come first, and you only post the pieces in the offer you accepted.
Can I get cash instead of credit?
No, we pay in Clover Credit. That is how we can give you up to 40 % of our price, and the credit can grow by a bonus of up to +20 % when you use it soon or on a bigger order.
How does the credit bonus work?
It shows as its own line at checkout. You get +10 % when you use your credit within 30 days of it being added, and another +10 % when the goods in your order come to 500 Kč or more. Together with other discounts it never goes above 25 % of the goods. The bonus is a discount on that order: if you cancel or return it, your credit comes back, the bonus does not.
Why do you ask for a 1 Kč payment?
It confirms your identity: the name on the bank account has to match your ID, which the law asks of shops that buy used goods. You get the 1 Kč back as credit when the purchase completes.
How do I send the parcel?
With Zásilkovna, to our pickup point. Your account shows the pickup point and recipient details once you accept an offer. You can post it at any Zásilkovna point or Z-BOX.
Who pays the postage?
You do, and when 6 or more pieces pass the final check we add 89 Kč back to your credit.
What if the final credit is lower than the offer?
It can be, if a piece shows something the photos did not. We always tell you why, and you can ask us to look again within 7 days.
How long does my credit last?
12 months from the day it is added. For the first 30 days it counts 10 % more. We email you before any of it expires.
Can I give my credit to someone else?
Not yet. It stays on your account, which keeps it safe.
Why do you ask for my ID?
Czech law asks shops that buy used goods to identify who sold them and keep a record. When you accept an offer we ask for your ID details and a photo of its front. It is stored privately, only we see it, and it is deleted if the purchase does not go ahead.
How many pieces can I send?
Up to 30 per submission and one submission a month while we are small. We will raise this as we grow.
